		<description>That's pretty close to my diet. I only eat meat, fruits, and vegetables but I also include eggs and raw milk. I also take two herbal supplements: Cat's Claw and Slippery Elm and I've been off medication for about 3 months. I think raw milk is an exception because a lot of Crohn's patients who take Raw Milk greatly benefit from it. And it's my only source of calcium since I cannot handle anything even made with equipment that handles milk.</description>
