I’m having only my second flare. I’ve been symptom free for 3 years and am thinking about becoming 100% commited to the SCDiet. Currently I’m trying the diet, I haven’t eaten an sugar, grains or dairy for over a week and there is little change in my symptoms. I haven’t done the “intro diet” and wanted to hear your thoughts.
