All pharmaceutical drugs are toxic to the body. Crohn’s, Irritable Bowel, and Colitis are caused by an excess of toxins. This is why these illness progressively get worse over time even with medication. If you want to get better, stop eating foods that aren’t found in nature like bread, pasta, soda, pizza, candy, etc. Take herbs with anti inflammatory properties. The issue is not money, it’s diet. I have moderate-severe Crohn’s Disease and gotten off all? medication.
@socceric17 - such a generalization. You make it sound like it’s everyone’s own fault for having crohn’s or colitis because they eat a lot of crap. It’s a disease. Diet can help the symptoms but not fight the disease. If the disease wants to tear someone apart, it? will.
@johnnysega Well also caused by bacteria too which grow from too many toxins… And? diet is huge. Don’t believe me? Go to your local health food store and buy some Cat’s Claw. Next time you have abdominal pain, take 4500 mg of Cat’s Claw and I guarantee your pain will be gone in minutes.
Everybody’s body is different.
What might not bother you to eat might be debilitating to someone? else.
On the other hand, symptoms can be pure evil for someone who hasn’t eaten at all.
True, some foods can irritate an already taxed digestive track, but no foods in and of themselves bring on flare-ups and obstructions.
If it weren’t for bread, pasta and other carbohydrates, I’d starve to death as anything with fiber causes havoc that is not worth it…
I would not wish this demon on anyone.
