Patient 35 years and a colonoscopy performed in connection with the worsening of Crohn’s disease. In 2003 a man was conducted ileocecal resection with the imposition of ileostomy. In 2004 the following ileostomy closure and the imposition of the anastomosis between the ileum and ascending colon. During a colonoscopy is determined by the aggravation of Crohn’s disease with lesions of the anastomosis and terminal ileum.
