I’m ready to start the SCD diet from the beginning? myself..
Jay you are awsome. Most people just go on with their lives after? their healing. We’ve talked a couple of times and although I’m not med free yet my life has improved because of the strength you’ve passed on knowing there is hope. I haven’t been to the hospital since 2008. avoid all processed foods anything pre-made. Fresh juice from raw carrots and stuff. This isn’t easy. How do you get quality food? It isn’t always easy. don’t forget to eat your oatmeal every morning and drink plenty of water
I think the ones that have? tried everything would have had IBD for about 100 years lol or say that because they given up. The SCD is one i will have to try some day. I will have to order a lot of stuff off the net because these stores here sell mostly junk. Odd to have my food come in the mail then to pick them up at the store.
