Having good vitamins levels is essential towards living a healthy life; good vitamin levels mean improved bone and muscular strength, improved immune system, improved eyesight among other things.  Yet, many people suffer from vitamin deficiency mainly because of a poor nutrition; you see, we get most vitamins from food, except perhaps vitamin D which we get from the rays of the sun.

Signs of Vitamin K Deficiency. Poor strength development of muscle and bone (presenting as rickets, osteomalacia and osteoporosis) Mouth and throat burning, insomnia, diarrhea and eye problems.

Symptoms of Vitamin B12. Anemia, depression, weakness, eye problems, body odor, confusion, nervousness, irritability, fatigue, memory issues.

It is not required that all signs and symptoms are present to diagnose a problem of vitamin deficiency.

As you witness, symptoms of vitamin deficiency are not to be taken lightly.A proper treatmetn will be given by the doctor according to the type of deficiency.This usually includes changing your lifestyle, specifically your diet and including in your daily life vitamin supplements.I think that everyone should learn more about vitamin deficiency problems, to learn to recognize them in time.

Vitamin Deficiency is something that targets mostly pregnant women and small children so be sure to reduce the risks.
